The Kindergarten caters for 4, 5 and 6 year olds in an environment that allows the children to learn through imitation and with activities that highlight the creative and skilful, truth and beauty.

The rhythm of daily life is simple and unhurried.

Activities are carefully balanced throughout the morning. Creative play forms one of the main focuses of the Kindergarten day. The rhythm of daily life is simple and unhurried. Imagination and initiative are free to unfold, unhindered by such notions as 'achievement', 'success' and 'failure'.

The toys are simple and natural allowing individual imagination to determineits purpose. - e.g. shells can be a boat, a doll's bathtub etc. in fact whatever the child wants them to be.

Our aim is to foster enthusiasm, joy and wonder for life in an environment of goodness, beauty and imagination. Seasonal festivals foster a meaningful connection with nature.

Kindergarten education is comprehensive and stimulating. It encourages our youngest children to be at ease with themselves and to be eager, creative and responsive when they begin their formal education in class one.

Showing great determination these
two children aged 5 & 6 built this well.

Our aim is to foster enthusiasm, joy and wonder for life
